I think it will be "ben dün benim kuzene gittim", and the translation is "I went to my cousin yesterday".

If it is a male cousin she has gone to:

"ben dün benim kuzene gittim"

and visiting a female cousin is it...

"ben dün benim kuzine gittim"

and what happens if there are both male and female cousins she visited?...

"ben dün benim kuzenlere gittim"??
