will try to translate

first let me rewrite the sentence with turkish characters:

yahu kardeþim sen ne laftan anlamaz birþeymiþsin. O kadar yorum yapýlmýþ sen hala o fotoðrafý silmemiþsin... çýkart da gerçek yüzünü görelim..

yav is the short form or slang of yahu

kardeþ: brother/sister

laf:  word, statement, talk

laftan anlamaz: thickheaded

o kadar: that much , so much

hala: still

silmek: delete  silememiþsin: you have´nt deleted

çýkartmak: take out, to remove

yüz: face

görmek: to see

What kind of a thickheaded person you are in the world. That much comments had been made but you still have not deleted that photo. Take it out( your mask) so we can see you real face.

Could yav also be short for yavru (slang for sexy?)

And some re-writing of your words, Toggle.

What kind of a thick-headed thing are you?. So many comments have been made (but) you still have not deleted that photo. Remove it, also let us see your real face.
