You go on the left side where is written forum after click you see ´turkish language´..etc..at that page you can see its written ´ post new topic ´..or something like this..

In the left column, click on Forum

then you should see 5 new boxes

Click on translation (if you want a translation done)

Then in the centre column you will see a black box, with ´Post New Topic´

click on this box

Then add a short title (in the title box)

and underneath add your request,

If you want just a word translated, it is always better to include the whole sentence to get a more accurate translation.
