Is like Happy Birthday wishes.

I think it is literally ´good that you were born, let there be good´ 

I believe they are also lines from the Turkish ´Happy Birthday´ song.

I think ´iyi ki varsin´ means ´it´s good that you exist/are there´

In my opinion it is not possible to translate these sentences directly word by word. I would use these statement:

Ýyi ki doðdun: Happy birthday

Ýyi ki varsýn: Thank you for being there.

it means: glad you were born, glad that you exist (which actually means glad you are in my life)
