Can anyone recognize this Azerbaijani dish?

I have just this foto because I dont know how they are called in english or in azerbaijani, inside there is meat

In russian they call it something like ficin (read in turkish), englih would be something like fidjin.

In English this would be called a ´pie´ or ´meat pie´,  if it is a pastry with meat inside.

it looks like the "kibin" of the Karaim Turks who live in Lithuania.  Ever watched that discovery channel commercial in which they filmed a Karaim woman baking kibin? "ficin" sounds like kibin anyway.
