yok ben sana supriz yapacagim. is cikisi evinin onunde elinde 1 demet kirmizi gul ile beni gorebilirsin

My attempt as learner:

 

No, I will give you a surprise. After work, in front of the house, you will see me with a bouquet of red roses.

No prob, Harpoon Actually I think your translation is better, I´ve completely forgotten that there should be "your house" not just "the house".

 

And by the way, I´m bit confused about "elinde" here - does it mean "in your hand" ? And if so, shouldn´t it be "elimde" ? (so that would mean "a bouquet in my hand"? or maybe it means something different in this context?)

Yes, you are right it must have been "elimde", may be s/he mistype but in that sentence, sender meant    " in my hand" with "elinde"
