what does the suffix ten mean?

-dan, -den, -tan, -ten means FROM smth...estonya+dan = FROM estonia (my country is estonia ), türkiye+den = FROM turkey...uçak+tan = FROM the plane...gerçek+ten (mi?) = FROM real, or as we say: really? smth like that...

In addition-the object of a verb usually takes an ending the most common being ´i´

eg senI seviyorum.

Some take ´e´ and others take ´den´ These vebs include ´hoþlanmak´ ´korkmak´and ´nefret etmek´

So ´senDEN (not senI)koruyorum´ is ´ I´m afraid of you´

also ´yemekten hoþlanýyorum´  ´I like eating´

Dictionary definitions of verbs often say which ending of the object is required.

I hope this helps.

(apologies to toggle who had already given similar examples in a previous post-I hadn´t read the whole thread)
