 as always i mix something anyway im happy you feel better ........

first i d like to have some tomatoe soup served with some toasted garlic breads.. later some beefsteak.. undercooked of course.. fried potatoes.. and at last a big cup of rice pouding.. i guess i ll be fine then..

well.. only my back hurts sometimes.. but thats because i am 60..

only 60??? silence dont make fun with me if you are  60, im 80 for now....

and for back pain the best way is massage or swimming pool...
