What is this and what is its relation with Turkish language?

It´s in Turkish. Can´t you read pederimiz in it for example?

Interesting. The first line is Göklerde olan Pederimiz. In the translation of the Bible we use in the Protestant churches (Yeni Yaþam translation) it is Göklerdeki Babamýz  (Our Father who art in heaven ...)

Reproduced from S. Apostolides, _Our Lord´s Prayer in one hundred
different languages_, London, 1869; it makes extensive use
of diacritics.  Judging by the versions at
<http://www.christusrex.org/www1/pater/JPN-turkish.html>,
kappa, pi, and tau with overdot represent <g>, <b>, and <d>,
sigma with overdot represents s-cedilla, zeta represents
<z>, gamma represents g-breve and <y>, beta represents (as
expected) <v>, tau-zeta represents <ç>, omicron-upsilon
represents (as expected) <u>, omicron with overdot
represents <ö>, and the vertical omicron-upsilon ligature
(looks a bit like an <8> open at the top) with overdot
represents <ü>.

I posted because it is an example of Turkish written in just another orthography.
