Tekrar ne zaman buluþacaðýz ? ( Or gelecek /bir sonraki buluþmamýz ne zaman olacak?)

 So, sounds better with ”tekrar”...

As far as I know, Tanýþmak means "to meet" in the sense "to get acquainted with". There are other words that mean "to meet", like buluþmak and karþýlaþmak. Here´s a link to a topic where differences between these two words are explained:
