Some of my friends have done courses with Dilmer and Tomer in Istanbul.

One of them found Dilmer much better than Tomer.

Dilmer versus Tomer opinions

How long do you want to study? 4 weeks, or longer?

You may get more value from a private tutor, who can concentrate on your individual learning, at the speed you can cope with.

If you don´t have an English speaking background, maybe you should do a Turkish course with speakers of your own language before the more intensive course overseas.

This would be less expensive for the basics. It would make it easier to understand language points and explanations.

Later you will get more out of an intensive course, and be able to use and practise your basic Turkish, whilst in Turkey.

Learning and remembering new vocabulary takes time.

Most language schools have web-sites with phone or email contacts for enquiries and costs.

Good luck with your Turkish lessons! Smile

Hopefully your Turkish friends can help with your practise.

How much do your lessons cost, and for how many hours?

In Australia 10 two hour Beginners Turkish lessons (20 hours) cost  $236 (Aus) or under 120 English pounds.
