tatýlýnýn çok iyi geçmesi dileðiyle kendine ve bebeðine çok iyi bak. (wishing your holiday will go well take care of you and your baby)

ismide çok güzel (the name also is very nice), insanýn karnýnda bebeðin çok ilginç oluyor dimi (??? no idea at all)
buraya gelmeyi dudunmuyormusun. (??? I think she is asking if I am planning to go back there but I´m not able to translate dudunmuyormusun)

seni çok öpüyorum kendine iyi bak (lots of kiss to you take care)

eþinede bizlerden çok selamlar. (Lots of greetings to your husband from us)
ufaklýðýda unutmuyoruz. (and we do not forget the child) onuda çok öpüyoruz. (lots of kiss to him also)

I think they mean ´düþünüyor müsün´=do you think/are you thinking (of coming here)
