Is this written in a sort of simplified turkish to make it easier to understand for a non native? Please have him/her write normal (if he/she can). In this form it´s unclear. It can mean a lot:

Sen bilmek nasil laptop? Ben degil. Problem

     Do you know how a laptop works? I don´t. That´s a problem

Sen bilmek nasil laptop? ben degil problem

     Do you know how a laptop works? I haven´t got a problem with that

Sen bilmek nasil.  Laptop? Ben degil. Problem

    You know how. A laptop? I don´t. That´s a problem

Þimdi çok islemim var ama artýk turist az olacak çünkü ayýn 20´sinde ramazan baslýyacak. 

I got lots of work now, but as from today the number of tourists will decrease, because at the 20th of this month Ramadan will start.

My guess would be that it means: "You know what kind of laptop (*) I don´t, and that´s a problem".

(*) - not sure if it is a statement or a question.

And how could you ask your friend to write without symplifying... maybe the following could be fine:

"Please, could you write your last message again, without symplifying it? Because, unfortunately, this time i couldn´t undestand it."

Lütfen, son mesajýný, basitleþtirmeden yine yazabilir mýsýn? Çünkü, maalesef, bu sefer bunu anlayamadým.

But - as always with my attempts - I´m not sure if it is correct :/ I think it will be better to wait for someone who can check it, or try to write to him in simplified english.

thanks tomac, i can not ask  him that ,but i have sorted it ,they  do not mind what sort i get for them as long as i know how to put it in to the turkish  dicionary for them .
