My try:

Onbeþ saattan önce gelirse, büroya gelmesini söyle lütfen.

I changed sormak to söylemek - I think it´ll fit better here. Sormak, I think, is more like ask a question as opposed to ask somebody to do something. I think you can also use "talep etmek" for "ask" - ".... gelmesini talep et, lütfen."

We don´t use "saat" here and also it is better to say "üç", onbeþ, onaltý, etc. is used only for official things, announcements... we wouldn´t use that in daily conversations. if you wanna specify "p.m." you can just say "öðleden sonra" or "ikindi", but you really don´t need.

- üçten öðleden sonra ....

or

- öðleden sonra üçten ...

?

"Öðleden sonra üçten önce" sounds a little bit funny to me

I think just "üçten önce" would be understood

That takes care of me wanting to sound eloquent and loquacious . Üçten önce it is then .
