Questions for a Turkish game I'm playing

The author is Turkish, and at one point in the game, the English version asks if I want to "neq the road ahead." Would this mean scout (as in, check the road ahead for enemies)? It looks like he forgot to translate this one word.

Also, how would I type the Turkish characters above if Turkish alphabet support weren't loaded? In other words, there's usually a number you type (on the numeric keypad)while you're holding the CTRL character to get non-English characters when Windows is set up for English only. I thought it might be fun to give my character a Turkish name.

No idea...but since there's no Q in the Turkish alphabet, I'm guessing that "neq" is not a Turkish word!

Go to this page and there are instructions for adding the Turkish keyboard layout to your computer. It works really well.

Can't help on the 'neq' word though. Maybe its an typo of an English word, so looking at the keys around the letter 'q' the only english word that makes sense is 'new', but then that doesn't fit grammatically with the sentence you give. (are there any other grammatical errors in the authors translations?) because it could just mean 'new road ahead'.
Where is this game. I'm fascinated?

Good Luck
