I just wanted to share with everyone as in the future, if required, I would love to offer my help or support if I can. I have just successfully got a visa refusal overturned! I am SO happy!
My partner applied for a visa to come to the UK from Turkey for 10 weeks (HOLIDAY.) to study on an English course. The course was paid for and government registered so counts legally under the Tier 4 student visa rules. We supplied my bank details, address details, bill payer details, copy of my passport etc.
Yet the visa was still refused as there was a ´query´ over some of the paperwork.
I asked my partner to reapply and said I would complete the British Borders Agency form. Believe me, it´s a tough form, even for an English person! So off that went with MORE copies of paperwork, phonebills, dates I have been in Turkey etc. 5 days after putting the aplication in the Consulate called me from Istanbul and I verified pretty much everything from the paperwork supplied.
After a tense 10 day wait, the visa was granted!
The paperwork involved is immense. But if you get everything right, this shows you CAN do it and you CAN overturn a refusal!
If I can help anyone, contact me through here
I know you are very pleased about this, but in your excitement you posted it three times and I have deleted the other two.
