I translated it to... my dear i love you very much and i miss you very much...  then something sweet baby?  not sure mainly about the last part

 That´s correct. The last bit could be something like ´sweet dreams´ but I´ve no idea what ´ukular´ are.

I think it´s a typo and should be ´uykular´ and as ´iyi uykular´ means ´have a nice sleep/sleep tight´ so ´tatlý uykular´ would be ´sweet/nice sleep´ in that case.
