I spend a few weeks in Turkey for Ramadan (or Ramazan) before I had to leave for my work. And now I get hungry at 4 o clock at night... and can´t sleep

I don´t like eating alone, so during ramadan I ate two times together with my partner. It didn´t change him much. He actually still goes to the gym! We still took our daytrips, only not to the beach (to hot and sunny during the day, will make him too thirsty). The weird thing was when we said goodbye at the airport and in stead of our usual smooch he had to give me a kiss on the forhead.

A friend of mine did change though. He looks horrible, and has no energy. And he complaints a LOT. I guess it makes a difference on how people react themselves to vasting. The friend smokes, so not smoking makes him grumpy...and he´s a bit of a sweet tooth, normally chowing down food all day. So we didn´t spend much fun time together.

I did ramazan for a week or so untill my boyfriend forced me to drink. I didn´t want to, wasn´t thirsty at all, but he was afraid i would dry myself out for his sake

Here we go again..... which man are you talking about?  Or is it "man" generally, and would he respond differently to a woman whose boyfriend was not fasting?  Or a friend who has a cold and is not fasting?

I guess some men would answer your question as "yes I find it difficult" and some may answer "I don´t mind".

I think it dpends on the man really.  Everybody is different, and will feel differently.  My boyfriend respects that i´m not muslim and that i should still be able to eat etc, and therefore allows me too and i offer him respect by trying not to eat in front of him, it can be hard sometimes though i think.
