Have you looked at the lessons on the site?  They´re a good place to start.  Look under Learn Turkish in the left hand column of the page.  A good site is http://www.livemocha.com/ and you can also access a very good teaching book on line now - it´s called Teach Yourself Turkish.  LiveMocha is good because it has audio to go with the vocabulary.  But I would start with the basics here if I were you - basic grammar and vocabulary.  Good Luck!

Reyhan has given the link for Teach Yourself Turkish here

I´m not sure that trying to learn with someone at your own level is helpful.   Although you can share what you have learnt, you also share your mistakes without always realising that they are mistakes.   Once you learn something it is very difficult to un-learn it if you later find that it is wrong.

A better way of learning is to attempt to say something more ambitious than "hello, my name is..." and post it on here for folks of all levels to comment upon and, hopefully, others will correct your mistakes and we will all learn by them.   My understanding is that was why the practice forum was set up.
