I  tasted an eggplant dish in a restaurant near sultanahmet that is similar to imam bayildi and Karnýyarýk however the eggplants are stuffed with lentils.

I would appreciate if  anyone tells me the name of that dish please.

I think it´s Yeþil Mercimekli Karnýyarýk.

Never heard of it. Maybe dish can be named in Turkish "mercimekli patlýcan dolmasý"

Patlican or batinjan we lebanese call it is the "sheikh" of all dolmas, the king of vegetables.

Our antakian guide told us that it was a pre-requisit for  a turkish bride-to-be  to know how to cook more than 100 recipes of patlican !

But thehandsome, now we´re talking about patlican... where can we find your 300 yummy recipes ?
