I am looking for a cookbook of turkish cuisine mainly from Gaziantep (ayintab) region.

I looked on amazon.com but i cant seem to find anything.

I am looking for a detailed cookbook.

I always knew that lebanese cuisine inherited a lot from antakian kitchen but I was recently surprised to discover that an old "traditional lebanese" dish, one can only find in mountainous villages in lebanon, turned out to be originally from Gaziantep !

I am talking about "Kaþýk Börek" we call  "shish barak".
