 I am not a native speaker.  I am assuming that BÝRBÝLSEN is an emphatic form for BÝLSEN and I can´t find a definitino for BUKLAP.  Here  is what I think it generally says.

"Again it remains to me as  to put passion to sleep in my chest in  silence .  Don´t you forget this time it is will become HARD HARD.   As far as today if you know who passed (Buklap? maybe is it is buyuklap? which would be like "will get big") this final time.  Yours you all(s) all will remain."

 Again it is left to me to put the passion/love silently asleep in my chest. This time it is hard, it will be difficult to forget you. If only you knew who this heart has passed, this is the last time (the ache for you will always remain).

birbilsen = bir bilsen = if only you knew / you should know    smt like that

buklap = typo = bu kalp

sýzý-n = ´your´ sýzý and sýzý means pain.
