 Yes, that´s bayram wish.

Sana da iyi bayramlar, devrem, topraðým.

"devre" and "toprak" are military slangs.

devre: A soldier who joined to army at the same time with you. He is your "devre".

toprak: A soldier from where you are from.

"Happy Bayram to you too devrem topragim"

devrem is being used friends from the same period (of the army duty or sometimes the school etc) It implies that they were there together at the same time

topragim is the ´my soil´ it means from the same place (town city region etc)

I wish you Eid Mubarak too devrem, topraðým

devrem : is used between colleagues in police who graduated from police school at the same time. also used in military between soldires or officers who joined the army at the same period. so devre is period. but recently it is being used in the meaning of mate, buddy etc.

topraðým : toprak is land or soil. if you call someone topraðým this means that both of you are from same homeland. but again like devrem topraðým is also used in the meaning of mate.

both of these words are generally used within close friends.
