whats the difference

whats the difference between (istiyorsam, seviyorsam) and

(istiyorum, seviyorum)

can we use suffix (sam) instead (seni)

sa/se is the suffix for if sentences.

istiyorsam = if i want

istiyorum = i want

 

so sam has nothing to do with seni
