T - E one word translation

Could someone please tell me what the word yapýyolar means?  I have had it in a text message, I´ve translated most of the message but I can´t work this word out.  Thank you!

They are doing.

It is yapýyorlar and it can mean ´they are doing´ but also ´they are making´.
