  why on earth does he/she write like this ?  Tell him you always get it translated and they do not understand what he writes. It will mean that you will get better translations as this really does not help you or us

or god only knows

I´ve translated it as i´ve come to inquire about a ticket. ( i may not be correct as i am a learner)

So its similar to what insallah translated it to.

thank you , i know it is hard work trying to translate ,how do you think i feel trying to translate it ? i have asked  for them to write  it correct but still they dont. ( they think they are helping me,)

 I have no idea how you translate it As it is like mumbo jumbo. 

Maybe you should write to them in the most weird  english you can and see how easy they find it to get translated, they will soon see it does not help lol..
