 My answer would be .... Is this is a two way relationship?. If so then you should be  getting help to learn English for me, like i am learning Turish for you.

Wow, that doesnt seem like a very nice thing to say to you! I mean I have problems talking to my boyfriend sometimes as he doesnt always understand every word I say and vice versa  but I would never get angry with him or him with me as its not anyones fault that we met each other and dont speak each others language fluently... he doesnt really sound like he deserves your efforts or maybe he is not always like this, I dont know... but if he doesnt understand you and you dont understand him what is the situation with you both? I hope all works out and you find a way to sort things out because no-one can learn a language over night!!!
