Deli - I think ´maddem´ might be supposed to be ´madem´ = since - which would make that middle bit ...´if you can´t come I will go since/seeing that you don´t believe me´

 

Also.....´günün birinde´ = ´someday´ so maybe ´ayýn birinde´ = ´some month´?
