I want to give you lyrics of ´´KOL DÜÐMELERÝ´´ -- song about the Cuff Links.. Perfectyl explain a love story..

My try:

 

I remember as if it was today

The silence before the last night

I hung my head forward, like a criminal

When you gave me the present

 

Two small cufflinks

The whole (together) a love story

Two links on two separate arms

Like us, on separate paths

 

When evening falls

I am silent, to silence everyone, to everything

Comes the time to unite  my cufflinks

Slowly and softly I remove them

I put them in the box side by side

When this torture is finished, they stay side by side

 

Alas, in the morning, in the light of the sun

They are only together for the night

They are separated with tearful eyes

Like cufflinks, like us
