Can someone translateme this short sentence?i understand it partially but i can´t pute the words in the right order

 I am not a native speaker.   This is my attempt.

"If I come to be in the distance(far away), am I not you your heart my baby?" 

 are not i in your heart  my babe even if i m far away??????

kalbinde deðilmiym - doesn´t that mean "am I not in your heart...blabla"? deðilmiy+i+m - 1 i missing?
