SECOND EDITION
I can serve an English profficiency exam..to rank those in dispute about their relative standings.
It would have to be an "honor" type exam, can be served at a pre arranged time, with replies to be returned within 20 minutes.
Certificates shall be awarded to top three.
There will be an entrance fee of 25 US $ each.
Here is an offer to stop this ongoing "mine is better !" crap.
Any rich and courious applicants ?

so what, i was learning the basics of turkish in university for 3 terms (1,5 years), even got "A" from final exam (level A2) of the course, but i´m still soooooo beginner... don´t brag, just continue learning. and i suggest you to start with the level "beginner 1", exercise 1. i did. good refreshment, especially if you had 9 months break in learning.
