I contacted the Turksih embassy, but the reply i got back was in one sentence and grammatically weird, so i decided i will reply them in Turkish, not to cause any misunderstandings on this matter. If you could translate it for me, i will be eternally greatful, as it means a great deal to me.

Dear sir/madam (as in: respected sir/madam)

First of all, thank you for your reply. But i am not sure if i understood you correct. Can i just come to your embassy in Rotterdam with my passport and one passphoto of myself? Is that, together with 50€, all I can do?
Do i need an appointment for this, or can i just drop by whenever I am in Rotterdam?

I hope to receive a fast and positive reply from your side,

Thanks in advance,

Esther.

Which of those two is better?

Quoting Kadir37:

Sizden kısa sürede ve olumlu bir yanıt alacağımı umuyorum.
(Umarım sizden hızlı ve olumlu bir yanıt alırım.)

Thank you Kadir37

May be is handsome to add also dutch translation??

Allereerst bedankt voor uw antwoord. Ik ben niet zker of ik u goed begrepen heb. Kan ik gewoon naar uw ambassade in Rotterdam komen met mijn paspoort en mijn pasfoto ? Is dat samen met €50,00, alles wat ik kan doen?
Is het nodig hiervoor een afspraak te maken of kan ik gewoon langskomen als ik een keer in Rotterdam ben?

Ik hoop op en snel en positief antwoord van uw kant,
met vriendelijke groet
Esther.

I am Dutch So my english version was a translation of the dutch mail i had in my mind.. justlike the one you typed above

But the problem is, they don't speak Dutch I sent them a dutch e-mail before, but i got back only ONE sentence for a few questions, and that one sentence was in very very poor Dutch as if they had run it through a babblefish translation machine

But thanks

I prefer to say that "Sizden kısa sürede ve olumlu bir yanıt alacağımı umuyorum". But while you wrote "fast" i translated it as "hızlı". Don't worry, they will understand you. You can use one them which you want.

I already sent it , and i used the first one that you also prefer, just because i thought it looked more formal

Thanks a million. I really hope they will listen to the last sentence and send me a fast reply
