Can someone translate these two please?..

´hele bekcinin dislerine´

 I am not a native speaker, this is a literal translation.   If these are idiomatic I hope others can help.

 1.  "Hey  toward where are these (things)  looking (like a camera or video monitor).

2. "Your watchman above all toward the outside !"

2. Above all to the wachtman´s teeth.

Hele means "look at", "pay attention" here.

It´s normal that you couldn´t find, because this usage i told is not formal, but common to east of Turkey.
