Im just a beginner so im not sure how good my translation will be, and there isnt any puncuation so im unsure of when one sentence ends and another one starts, but i think its means something like:
who are you I looked at yout msn and my mind is stuck on you, if you are curious about me take a short time to talk and get to know me
Please wait for a better translation then mine

yes I think you are right ,its something like
inside a short time I have become curious about you do we know each other from meeting on the net

Its so clear now that the word and the question suffix is seperate
