yeap, and thats the polite  way and the way to ask more than one person 

if you know the person you can say

sen nasýlsýn

and if you really want to impress them with your turkish you can sayyyyyyyyyy

seni sormalý

From the high level of politeness, it is clear that the speaker is adressing a single person.

Had the speaker adressed more than one person at the same level of courtesy, the question would have been "sizler nasilsiniz?".
