Something like:

Culture and illiteracy/unculture

From a lector, cultured, experienced and mature person won´t come harm to anyone.

Actually be afraid off a person who doenst read, is uncultured and unexperienced.

What ever comes to us is coming from (happining because of) unculture.

But if you want to be helpful to others first educate yourself.

 culture and ignorance

No harm will come to anyone from a person who often studies , is mature, cultured and experienced .

essentially you should be fearful of a person who never reads, is uncultured and inexperienced.

If something bad is happening to us  it is always from ignorance.

Educate yourself first if you want to be benefical to others

my try.

melek I know there is little difference between yours and mine, I just wanted a stab at it

Çok okuyan,

Just one thing to add. Çok okuyan: one who reads a lot.

In "free" translation we would say: one who is well-read.
