A quick translation:

In a worlwide research it is found out that Turkish children are learning their native language fastest.

in the 10th congress of International Association for the Study of Child Languageheld in Berlin it is determined that Turkish childeren could speak their native language in appropriate grammar rules until the age of 2-3.

Turkish is like lego:

In the congress where 800 linguists attended Prof. Klann Delius said Turkish is learned easily and stated " person and time indicator suffixes of Turkish is regular. Like lego pieces." In the countries where arabic is spoken it takes 12 years for children to speak their native languages correctly with grammar rules. German kids can have the command of basic grammar rules at the age of 4-5.
