 You need to say I was studying my Turkish lessons.

 I´m always having difficulties with the accusative form, but shouldn´t it be ´turkce ders(ler)i calisiyordum?

Bu sabah Türkçe çalışıyordum.

Bu sabah Türkçe dersine çalışıyordum.(Türkçe dersi here sounds like a subject at school.)

If you don´t study it at school,only Türkçe çalışıyordum is enough.It´s enough in any ways
