I think this part of the  expression "I want to report a theft"  But I can´t remember the last work.

Anyone?

IT might be "hırsizlık(ığı olmak (word)".   I thinking it was "hırsızliği olmak isteyorum"

Its actually a funny story.   I was volunteering in a soft drink booth at a Turkish Culture Festival in the US, and working with me was a student from the Defense Language Institue who was studying Turkish.  Anyway one of the Organizers comes up to up to us with a women and says "give us a bottle of water" without paying for it and "Matt" says "hırsız.. olmak isteyorum" then all the women in the Food Booth next all turn their heads.  Matt was almost at the end of his Class and he was very pleased with the little ´prank´.
