Doktora karaciger tmogrofisi cekti ve kan tahlillerime baktu, ve bana karaciherinde lekelenme var dedi.Bu bir zatörye baslangicidir, bende inanmadim baska bi doktora gittim, oda tmografi ve kan tahlilleri istedi yarin sonucu bildirecek...ama korkulacak bisey yok dedi.

Since you say it is urgent, I will tell you as much as I can.   Some words I can´t find meanings for such as "zatoreye". I  am not a native speaker.  I think the last It is something like.
