help with 3 words please,thanks in advance

Merhaba. İ have something to do in Word program and the program is in turkish....so i was wondering if anyone can tell me how you say in turkish these words, so that i could find them:

- references, footnotes

- header and footers

- break.

- header and footers Görünüm > Üstbilgi Altbilgi
