 i just wrote on google ´ yoğurtun´ and opened lots of pages that use it in this form...so i got to conclusion that this form is also used.

The yoğurt we were talking about here was your yoğurt, than it has to be (senin) yoğurdun.

Like gülümseme said there will be a different rule for it when its yoğurtun, i don´t know the rule sorry.
