evlenmeden

The meden/madan suffix added to a verb stem gives the meaning ´without.........´

so evlenmeden=without marrying

Yes I wanted to say this but sometimes I have seen turks use meden as,  before, I know it should be meden once but like I say some turks dont use the once bit ,and that confuses me{#emotions_dlg.confused}

Yes,you´re right.

meden-without (doing)

meden önce=before (doing)
