I have probably got most of it wrong as i have not actually learned how to build sentences or anything just yet, but i wanted to give it a go anyway. Could someone correct them for me so i know what i have done wrong please

that book - şu kitap
that hotel - o otel
these girls - bunlar kızlar
those girls - onlar kıslar
i am a girl - bir kızım
they are girls - onlar kızlar
i am a student - bir öğrencim/bir öğrenciyim (?)
you are a teacher - öğretmensin
we play - oynaz
i am cold - soğuğum
this is easy - o kolay
this is difficult - o zor
i am writing - yazıyorum
my book - kitabım
that is my book - şu kitabım/kitabım şu (?)
i live in england - ingiltere´de yaşıyorum
our window - penceremiz
your food - yemeğin

this book - bu kitap   correct
that book - şu kitap  correct
that hotel - o otel   correct
these girls - bunlar kızlar bu kızlar (the plural state of bunlar, onlar etc. is only used when they are used alone, without the word they are referring to.)
those girls - onlar kıslar o kızlar
i am a girl - bir kızım correct
they are girls - onlar kızlar correct
i am a student - bir öğrencim/bir öğrenciyim (?) second one. ben bir öğrenciyim
you are a teacher - öğretmensin correct
we play - oynaz - oynarız (aorist tense), oynuyoruz (present continuous tense)
i am cold - soğuğum üşüdüm, from the verb ´üşümek´, to feel cold
this is easy - o kolay bu kolay
this is difficult - o zor bu zor
i am writing - yazıyorum correct
my book - kitabım correct
that is my book - şu kitabım/kitabım şu (?) o benim kitabım
i live in england - ingiltere´de yaşıyorum correct
our window - penceremiz  correct
your food - yemeğin correct
