i am very worried that you are so ill. its not easy having to wait for a message just to know you are ok. sometimes you have no consideration at all for my feelings.you are very selfish in more ways than one. thank you in advance

Hastalığından dolayı çok kaygılıyım. iyi olduğunu bildirecek bir mesajı beklemek o kadar kolay değil. Bazen benim duygularımı önemsemiyorsun. Birden fazla konuda (~Bazı konularda) benden daha bencilsin.

(~Bazı konularda)can you explain why these words are in brackets. and the word (consideration) i could not find same word as you have used in dictionary.

he used the verb önemsemek - to consider

önemsemiyorsun = you are not considering

what i mean is :
..Birden fazla konuda benden daha bencilsin... is true.but " Bazı konularda benden daha bencilsin " is better..
Generally we use this one. first one is not useful.

And oceanmavi is right.
önemsemek is also = consider.
