There is Moris Sinasi Çocuk Hastanesi (Children Hospital) in Manisa City on İzmir City way.

Its full name : "MORİS ŞİNASİ ÇOCUK HASTANESİ"

While Mr. Moris Sinasi and the gift hospital in Manisa undobtfully exist, some other sources claim that Mr.Morris of PhillipMorris is an entirely different gentleman.
