Thanks everybody for your input but i am still confused as to why they won´t let him have parcel and what to do now {#emotions_dlg.confused}

It is a little bit strange. I buy lots of things from ebay and had no problems with delivery from the post office.

 

As far as I know anything not valuable than 150 Euros can be freely picked up from post office. For much valuable things you have to (or your friend) contact a customs agency to fullfil some paperwork and have to pay some tax then it can also be picked up.

Thanks maybe it is something to do with when i posted it then (not being 1 month after bayrami ) although my partner say´s it is a problem with it being a english phone for a turkish national . It only cost £100 for the phone so the value of item should´nt be causing any problems . thanks again .
