Sev seni seveni yerlerde surunse bile, sevme seni sevmiyeni dunyaya kiral olsa.

My try in correcting the spelling:

Sev seni seveni yerlerde sürünse bile, sevme seni sevmeyeni dünyaya kral olsa.

Is the following a correct translation of this text? Thank you in advance for any help:

Love the one who loves you, even if he crawls along the ground is the lowliest of the low. Don´t love the one who doesn´t love you, even if he is the king of the world.

 That gets my vote.

"yerlerde sürünmek" -> (thing) being reduced to the lowest rank or degree / (person) being poorest of the poors

if "crawling along the ground" makes the same sense in English as "yerlerde sürünmek" does in Turkish,it´s ok.If not, maybe you can modify the translation.

Thank you very much, upsy_daisy! Unfortunately, I have no idea if that expression in english has a similar meaning or not, maybe someone else can say more about it.

Yes, it means the same. But if you want to use an expression, maybe you could say "even if they are the lowliest of the low" or "even if they are as poor as a churchmouse"
