During the night between 01 an 02.09.2009 the three suspects x,y ve z, crossed illegally the state border between A and B, on the direction of the milestone X33, being transported and guided by the suspects AA and CC and who were arrested by the B authorities and on the 02.09.2009, at 19:00 they were delivered to the A authorities in the customs point of K.

2 Turks were caught at the border from Romania to Hungary. There intended to get to Germany and they paid for the one who supposed to take them 1000 euro .

01 ile 02.09.2009 u birbirine bağlayan gece 3 şüpheli x,y ve z , şüpheliler AA ve CC nin rehberliğinde ve onlar tarafından götürülerek A ve B arasındaki ülke sınırını , x33 kilometre taşı yönünde yasadışı olarak geçtiler ve B makamları tarafından tutuklandılar ve 02.09.2009 tarihinde saat 19:00´da ve K gümrük noktasında A makamlarına teslim edildiler.
