Whats meant by points anyway  A card with or without points ? I don´t understand ?

Points that are added to your card (Migros card for example) each time you present the card when buying something.  These add up and you can then cash them in against purchases in the store.  Garages in the UK give (or used to) points when you buy petrol and you can then save them up and use them to buy gifts.
